How can I place an order with

Step 1. Get oriented.

Browse through our webshop and orientate yourself on the product(s) you are looking for.

Step 2. Look at the product and all associated information.

Is there a product you like? Click on it and read the specifications and price at your leisure. Should you need additional information about the product, you can always contact our expert customer service! Our customer service is available via email, chat and WhatsApp from Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 17:00.

Step 3: Place the product in the shopping cart.

Do you see a product you like? Then click on the black button 'Add to cart'. You can continue shopping, the product will remain in your shopping cart!

Step 4. Complete your order.

Are all your desired products in the shopping cart? Navigate to the shopping cart in the upper right corner, check your order, and click the black button 'complete order'.

Step 5. Checkout.

The only thing left to do is checkout! The checkout process consists of four steps:

Billing address: if you have an account on you can use this to log in and skip this step. If you don't have an account yet, you need to fill in your details. You also need to indicate whether you want your package to be sent to the billing address or to a different shipping address.
Shipping: choose your preferred shipping method.
Payment: choose your preferred payment method.
Check your order: check your order and then click on the black 'checkout' button. You will then receive an e-mail from with a confirmation of your order.
